1. Season & Cook the Chicken
- Sprinkle salt, pepper, and paprika over the chicken.

- Cook the chicken for 5โ6 minutes on each side until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
2. Make the Garlic Cream Sauce
- In the same pan, add 1 tbsp butter and the minced garlic. Sautรฉ for 1โ2 minutes until aromatic.
- Pour in the cream and chicken stock. Stir well.
- Add herbs and cheese (if using), and simmer the sauce for 4โ5 minutes until slightly thickened.
3. Combine
- Return the cooked chicken to the pan and coat well with the sauce.
- Simmer for 2โ3 minutes on low heat until everything is well combined.
4. Serve
- Garnish with chopped parsley.
- Serve hot with steamed rice, pasta, mashed potatoes, or flatbread.
